In the DropSignal app, open the Account tab and choose Privacy & security.

Delete your DropSignal account.
Public accounts are not available yet. When they launch, you will be able to request permanent account deletion from inside the app or by contacting us.

Review what deletion covers, confirm the permanent request, and complete any identity check shown.
Provider cleanup begins
Push notifications stop, active sessions are signed out, and DropSignal queues required Apple and billing-provider cleanup before removing remaining account data.
Manage store billing separately
Deleting DropSignal does not itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it in the relevant store account.
Cannot access the app?
Send a deletion request by email.
Contact us from the address connected to your DropSignal account. We will verify the request before deleting data.
